    This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Disputes team, you can expect to develop your knowledge and expertise working as part of a successful team in one of the UK's leading law firms.

    The position offers hybrid working from our Leeds or Sheffield office, at least 2 days per week.

    The team are known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on commercial and residential real estate disputes/property litigation, with a particular focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation.

    As a Senior Assoicate in our Real Estate Disputes team, you will support the Partners with the continued development and growth of this successful team.

    asset management for investors, one off contractual dispute for developers, working in collaboration with the insolvency team, advising on option disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, trespass actions, etc.

    You will also supervise and develop the careers of the junior members of the team.

    We're looking for a technically sound Senior Associate who has a passion for Real Estate Disputes, our ideal candidate will have the following:
    Demonstrable experience supervising more junior members of the team;
    Demonstratable technical experience gained within Commerical Real Estate and/or Property Litigation;
    25 days annual leave, with the opportunity to buy additional leave
