Drapes Assistant
Blitz Hire supply rigging equipment to the film production industry. Our clients are high profile film studios and film production companies.

The business is expanding and relocating to new premises in Welham Green AL9 7HN in May 2023.

We have a vacancy to join our Operations team as a Drapes Assistant.

Working within the Company's Operations Team, this role involves preparation, servicing and presentation of a wide range of drapes. The role also involves monitoring and maintaining the high standards of rental equipment, for which the Company is known.

The role will involve an element of manual handling.

This is an ideal opportunity for somebody looking to start their career or to move into the equipment rental industry at a starter level.

You will have:

Good communications / interpersonal skills. Fluent speaker of English language.
Flexible and adaptable. Able to respond to shortnotice changes in working hours and schedules.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, selfmotivated individual capable of working on their own initiative in a constantly changing and pressurised environment and fast developing company.
The ability to work as a member of a team and to provide and receive input from other team members.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.50-£12.50 per hour
