Main purpose of the role


As an Account Administrator you will act as a centralised point of contact to provide administrative support to co-ordinate the de-fleet, movement and disposal of vehicles through the various channels utilised by the vendors.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Ensuring that any SLA's entered between vendors and BCA are met or exceeded.
  • Administration and processing of data and information onto inhouse and external systems.
  • Liaising with vendors and the DVLA to ensure the customers need are met.
  • Document management and data verification.
  • Customer relationship management.


  • Document management

  • Ensuring documents are distributed in accordance with local and corporate policies.
  • Adhering to current Data Protection policies.
  • Auditing records and data.

To be successful, you'll bring some of the following experience with you:

  • Good telephone manner (previous customer service experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Excel is essential.
  • General PC skills and awareness.
