SERVICE DESK ADMINISTRATOR
Objective
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you are committed to working as part of an effective team, as Service
Desk Administrator you are often the first point of contact with our customers, therefore exceptional customer service skills are essential.
You will also provide administration support when required. Acting as an ambassador to position the company's reputation as a leading and respected employer.Attributes and skills

Responsibilities (are to include the following but are not limited to):
- Check scheduler for previous day calls, ensure engineer has completed, charge and close
- Proof read all engineer reports following a reactive call out and forward to customer
- Schedule all fire and security fault calls and dispatch engineers in an efficient and timely manner
- Action any 'on call follow ups', and forward where appropriate
- Reschedule engineers to return calls
- Liaise with engineers throughout the day, obtaining progress reports on calls and adhering to SLAs
- Chasing POs and uplifts
- Arranging subcontractors where appropriate
- Raise permits and issue RAMS when appropriate
- Updating ARC with on all call engineers
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives as defined by the Integrated Management
- Receive remedial info from engineer / customer and pass to small works administrator
- To assist with cover as and when required
- To follow Health & Safety procedures set out by the company in order to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues and others. Also, adhere to the Company Health and Safety policy.
