- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external Sales and Trading teams & clients
- Act as a point of contact and provide technical support for the sales desk
- Analyse trades and (flow) manage liquidity pools accordingly
- Conducting technical setups
- Execute voice trades
- Monitoring risk
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any quantitative field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and quantitative skills
- Excellent Excel skills. An understanding of VBA is beneficial
- Understanding of FIX protocol, Python, SQL, Trade flow all beneficial
- Self-starter who is able to think outside of the box and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- 0-1years experience in a financial institution
