Our client is transitioning from an outdated SQL-based ITSM product to ServiceNow.

To facilitate this transition seamlessly, we are seeking a Data Migration Specialist to extract data from the legacy ITSM tool, cleanse it, and ensure its compatibility with ServiceNow.

ResponsibilitiesExtract data from the existing SQL-based ITSM tool.
Cleanse and transform extracted data to meet the required standards for migration.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
Collaborate with the parent company's established standards and predefined workflows for ServiceNow implementation.
Follow predefined standards and guidelines for data migration set by the parent company.
Work closely with the IT and project teams to ensure timely and efficient data migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues that arise during the process.
Document the data migration process, including any challenges faced and solutions implemented.
