The four founders who remain firmly at the forefront of the business collectively bring a contemporary approach to Luxury Fashion. In a short time since Naked Wolfe's launch, we have successfully disrupted the luxury fashion industry on a global scale.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Kings Road, Chelsea team as a full-time sales associate.

As a Naked Wolfe brand ambassador, you should embody our retail values and deliver an outstanding customer experience whilst nurturing others. You will develop and maintain excellent customer relationships while promoting the brand image and culture. As a natural leader you will encourage story telling about our products. You will support the Shop Management to achieve and exceed set financial targets and operational efficiencies. On the shop floor you will have fun while learning about our clients, environment, and team.

The role:

• Welcome all clients through the Naked Wolfe sales process, greeting, discovering, proposing, closing and client follow up to provide a memorable customer experience, following up diligently getting stock options for full fitting and trial process in an efficient and slick way.
• Engaging with customers to develop long lasting relationships, foster brand loyalty and delight them with your service enabling you to build your trust and credibility as a Naked Wolfe Brand Ambassador. Showing your team, the importance of this through excellent results and best practice.
• Maximising all sales and customer opportunities. The incentive of a financial reward will ensure that you inspire your team to meet and exceed their individual targets to reach your Store's KPI and Sales performance.
• Supporting the Shop Management on initiatives to achieve and exceed set financial targets.
• Sharing an excellent understanding of product knowledge with the team; including our next day delivery in the UK offer to all retail flagship customers.
• Actively taking care of stock related duties including delivery processing, customer orders, store to store transfers, end of season returns and stocktake.
• Ensuring visual presentation, store maintenance and housekeeping is kept to the company's desired standard both on and off the shop floor daily.

Monday- 10am-7PM

Tuesday OFF

Saturday

OFF

Sunday

10am-7pm

47 Hours/Week on ROTA (including 45min breaks per day)

5 Shift's per week swapping Saturday and Sunday's (tuesday's always off)

Required Experience:

• Personal Love to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience of 2+ years in a luxury fast moving retail environment.
• Ability to work towards sales targets; to interpret financial data.
• Loves learning and sharing product knowledge with customers and team.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and visual standards.
• Ability to monitor stock levels.
• Flexibility on working hours to support growth of the new flagship.
• Speed and efficiency with experience of shopping in our flagship.
