Specialty Lines Claims ManagerLondon - 2 days per week in the officeFinitas have partnered with a fantastic Lloyd's syndicate to identify a Claims Handler to add to their team.

In this role you will manage the Professional Indemnity / Financial Lines and Employers Liability portfolios and includes managing two Senior Claims Handlers handling claims largely emanating from the UK.You will ensure portfolios are handled efficiently work on larger more complex claims in line with company claims handling guidelines.

You will apply your knowledge and experience to proactively manage claims through to settlement, including negotiation and management of complex claims matters.

Other key elements of this role will include the assessment of risks attached to new deals, and the development and delivery of strategic approaches to achieve claims savings.

Excellent experience in Professional Indemnity / Financial Lines essential.
Experience in managing claims through Lloyd's preferable.
Good experience in managing a team of senior claims professionalsStrong team leadership and communication skills
