We are seeking a vibrant and self-motivated person to join our Active Living team in St Austell to provide a safe, welcoming environment at our Active Living Hub, responding to the wants and needs of each individual, ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained and assisting with social activities within the hub.

Salary:
£11.69 per hour


Hours of Work: 12 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday, 9.15 am to 1.15 pm.

Our Active Living service offers support to people within their own homes or our Community Hubs.

The service is diverse and covers aspects of practical and companionship support to our clients, home / domestic support; such as cleaning, shopping and gardening, along with much-needed activities or home administration; tailored to meet the individual needs of the clients.

We pride ourselves in delivering a person-centred approach and a willingness to adapt to a person's needs and wishes.

Individual wellbeing is paramount at all times - so with consideration and compassion to their health needs, you will deliver practical assistance in accordance with their individual wishes.

Training will be given but your commitment to inspiring people to age well and live well and your values are paramount.
