Description

My Client are a Fintech based in the City of London and are looking for a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer with experience in AWS that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.


Responsibilities.

  • Perform AWS deployment, management upgrades and system migrations as part of our IT Operations service
  • Assist in evaluating new technologies and improvements with both the architect team and Head of IT
  • Manage and prioritise multiple improvement projects to ensure reliable and timely delivery
  • Drive improvements on our technical operations process and service management
  • Own, maintain and improve the onboarding/offboarding process of AWS accounts
  • Manage system patches and updates
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pro actively
  • Experience of supporting Windows 10/Servers
  • O365
