Description
My Client are a Fintech based in the City of London and are looking for a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer with experience in AWS that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.
Responsibilities.
- Perform AWS deployment, management upgrades and system migrations as part of our IT Operations service
- Assist in evaluating new technologies and improvements with both the architect team and Head of IT
- Manage and prioritise multiple improvement projects to ensure reliable and timely delivery
- Drive improvements on our technical operations process and service management
- Own, maintain and improve the onboarding/offboarding process of AWS accounts
- Manage system patches and updates
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pro actively
- Experience of supporting Windows 10/Servers
