    The role

    As Kindred's Head of Sustainability, whilst working closely with a broad range of internal colleagues and external partners, you will be the owner of the global sustainability strategy. You will have the responsibility for driving, implementing, and measuring our sustainability strategy and roadmap, including engaging with senior managers throughout the organisation to ensure a high level of engagement and activity on actions and projects.

    What you will do
    • Drive the further development and integration of Kindred's sustainability strategy and long-term ambitions, and align with the Group strategy
    • Ensure strong governance, overview, and coordination of group sustainability initiatives
    • Chair Kindred's Sustainability Council, and through this role act as adviser to the Executive Management team
    • Conduct updates to the Board of Directors on Kindred's sustainability strategy and activities
    • Be an engaged and active leader for Kindred's sustainability work, and represent the Group's efforts both internally and externally
    • Support internal and external communication and educate and engage your colleagues
    • Drive the forward-looking direction and operational execution of the Group's sustainability reporting and disclosures, through among others the Annual and Sustainability
    • Report according to the GRI standards and the annual Carbon Footprint report, in preparation for the transition to CSRD
    • Develop and maintain Group wide ESG policies and position statements
    • Work collaboratively with all markets and functions, providing support and guidance on sustainability topics and regulatory developments within the ESG field
    • Contribute to the sustainability content in Kindred's financial quarterly reports
    • Responsibility for quarterly KPIs to track performance across non-financial metrics
    • Stay updated on sustainability legislations and advise management accordingly
    • Manage annual investor surveys such as MSCI, CDP, ISS
    • Manage global sustainability partnerships and identify new opportunities
    • Act as the Group's spokesperson in sustainability related matters
    • Take part in the annual ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) audit in close collaboration with the Compliance team
    Your experience
    • 10+ years' work experience of which 3-5 years working in the field of sustainability or a similar filed
    • Experience in communication of the ESG area
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • A sincere interest in driving the sustainability agenda in a global multi-brand organisation
    • Organised, structured and a team player
    • Able to work with people from a wide set of backgrounds and at all levels of the organisation
