- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Monitor orders until delivery.
- Manage inventory for all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Update spreadsheets for inventory, order tracking, and financial data.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic, international, and drop shipping services.
- Ensure strict quality control measures, including photographing incoming and outgoing items.
- Maintain a database of product photography.
- Experience of at least 1 year in administration.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Well-organized with great attention to detail.
