Purchase Ledger
Pertemps are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic charity near Salisbury. This is a fully remote role working 15 hours per week and will be a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing expenses
  • Purchase Ledger duties
  • Preparing and checking payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Liaising with invoice approvers and ensuring approvals are in line with policies
  • Working with Exchequer finance system

Requirments:

  • Available immediately
  • Previous purchase ledger experience
  • Experience using Exchequer is advantageous
  • Selfmotivated and forward thinking

This position will be running for 6 months and will be working remotely, however you must be able to visit the Salisbury office if required.

Ideally my client is looking for someone to work 15 hours a week across 2 days but their can be some flexibility aroundthis.

Paying £13 per hour.
