    • Demonstrates consistent operational standards and procedures that benefit the overall restaurant operations.

    Key skills and knowledge required for the role:

    • Ensures proper portion control and quality management.
    • Monitors food levels in the kitchen consistently.
    • Operates safely and in compliance with Food Safety Standards at all times.
    • Always wears the designated uniform.
    • Thoroughly cleans equipment in accordance with GDK standards.
    • Maintains a clean and professional appearance consistently.
    • Approaches tasks with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, collaborating effectively within a team.
    • Demonstrates understanding of the ingredients, preparation method, and assembly of each menu item.
    • Follows GDK cleaning and storage standards, including assistance with dishwashing and maintaining a 'clean as you go' approach.
    • Capable of completing daily paperwork as per GDK standards.
