Overall Purpose of Role:We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will provide high level administrative support to the Office Manager and leaders across the College. The post-holder will be involved with the implementation of administration procedures and will have responsibility for specific tasks and projects. The aim of the role is to oversee the 'front of house' area and ensure all visitors receive a warm welcome, answer or direct all incoming phone calls and carry out any other duties relevant to the post at the request of senior staff.
Key Duties:
- Taking minutes when required
- Maintaining the Parent Pay system
- Supporting in the recording of student attendance
- Issue ID passes for students, staff and visitors.
- Assist in the upkeep of student and staff records, including the management of the records room.
