Finance Analyst - Central London - £35,000 to £40,000 per year plus Study Support and company benefits - Hybrid working

FryerMiles is delighted to be working with a High-End Retail Business who are recruiting for a Part Qualified Finance Analyst to join their team based in the Central London Office, Hybrid 3 day in, 2 from home.

The role will involve supporting the Finance Manger and Head of Finance, ensuring monthly and weekly reporting is produced in an accurate and timely manner.

The Finance Analyst will assist the Finance Manager by monitoring performance, identifying risksand opportunities, and providing analysis to enable effective decision making.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Monthly P&L reporting and management accounts preparation including accruals/ prepayments, journal postings, cost centre reporting, marketing income tracking, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis

Prepare and assist in developing the monthly department review pack

Liaising with cost centre managers, developing working relationship to ensure costs are understood and controlled.

Identify and estimate any risks or opportunities to budget/forecast

Weekly sales external sales reporting and internal weekly phasing

Work across the Business to determine promotional activity and provide post event appraisal

Work with the Retail Finance Manager's to evaluate channel performance and post investment analysis

Strive for continuous improvements in the reporting and analysis of the business' performance

Assist in the production of P&L budgets and in year forecasts for all sales, margin and costs.
