THE OPPORTUNITY

A Manager opportunity has arisen within the Manchester Office Turnaround & Restructuring team, offering exposure to a wide range of formal Insolvency and Advisory projects focused on Restructuring and Turnaround of distressed businesses.

As a Manager within the Turnaround & Restructuring team you will work on a wide range of projects, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Working on Trading Administrations, large multi-site Liquidations and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA's)
Trading businesses and handling Accelerated M&A / Sale of distressed businesses
Advisory projects including Independent Business Reviews (IBR's), Cash & Working Capital Management, Cashflow Modelling, Business Plan & Financial Forecast preparation

THE PERSON
You will be an Corporate Recovery & Restructuring Professional able to meet the following criteria:

Several years Financial Restructuring / Advisory experience
Experience of Administrations, Liquidations, CVA's and other formal Insolvency cases
Good financial modelling and analysis skills
Probably ACA / ACCA Qualified, with a background in Top 4 / Top 10 or Mid Tier Practice, or alternatively a boutique Advisory firm
