- Keeping files and business activity records well-organized
- Utilizing strong organizational skills to manage appointments and documentation for the team.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Overseeing office management tasks such as managing stationery and office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing post, and booking travel and accommodation.
- Performing administrative tasks like managing purchase orders, processing engineer quotations, updating jobs in Sage, liaising with suppliers for current prices, and maintaining the estimating sheet with current manufacturers' price listings.
- Supporting health and safety measures by conducting sub-contractor audits and annual assessments and managing PPE.
- Utilizing various Systems & Software Packages, including Microsoft packages.
- On-the-Job Work Experience: You'll spend significant time at our client sites, where you will get the opportunity to put into practice skills learned at college in a real world setting.
- Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll work closely with qualified Johnson Controls Employees who will serve as mentors, guiding you in developing your design skills. This collaborative environment ensures that you receive the support and guidance needed to succeed in your role.
- You will be enrolled on a Level 4 qualification that you will study alongside your new role. You'll enjoy the full support of your mentor and our dedicated apprentice training team.
