Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with new and existing H&S legislation
- Prepare and communicate site specific RAMS and risk assessments for workshop operations
- Conduct site inspections and audits to assess compliance
- Implement an RGM Group Occupational Health Programme
- Assist with 3rd party accreditation renewals
Reporting
- Investigate and record incidents, accidents and cases of ill health
- Support Senior Management Team and provide monthly H&S Board Report
Liaison with key stakeholders:
- Senior Management Team
- Contract Managers / Workshop Manager
Essential requirements for the role:
- Experience within a similar role ideally within a construction or manufacturing sector
- NEBOSH Qualified
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel throughout the UK & Ireland
- Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Word and advanced Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
