This classic Georgian Manor has been owned by the family for the last quarter of a century and over that time our reputation for exceptional service, friendliness and attention to detail has grown and grown.

Friern Manor is the perfect venue for every type of event, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, party nights and corporate seminars.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wedding Supervisor to join the team (part time), at Friern Manor.

Working with qualified management and trained staff, some of the key accountabilities include;

Assist our bridal parties from their arrival at the venue through to their reception drinks
Be the main point of contact on the wedding day for the bridal party
Take responsibility for the smooth and safe running of the event to a high standard
Follow agreed venue processes and procedures to make sure no detail is overlooked
Present well to the public and work under pressure and demands

Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:

Experience in the wedding industry or wedding support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedicated, wellmannered, wellpresented and customer focused individual
Resultsoriented, resilient and highly motivated
You will need to have excellent organisation and time management skills with an eye for detail
Active team player with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Have a positive and hands on approach to all tasks as well as being an efficient and effective problem solver

Additional details

This is a seasonal role until the end of October
Working days are Friday to Sunday approximately 10.30am to 6pm
Potential overtime hours available on Thursdays throughout the seasonal period and specific days throughout the winter period
