Are you passionate about providing top quality product training and clinical support? A leader in the medical imaging space is currently looking for an Applications Specialist to join their close-knit team and provide clinical training and support on medicalinformatics solutions.

As leaders within the x-ray and radiographymarket, they are investing heavily in their new technology, so that you can be sure you are securing sales for genuinely life changing equipment.
The role
In this role you'll be providing clinical training and support on our client's modality technology by assessing customer and training needs and providing this support.
You'll liaise with both customers and other internal teams to drive continuous improvementand ensure all customers get the very best out of their systems.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Ensuring customers are fully trained on our client's products
- Assessing relevant training needs for staff
- Reporting on equipment and software sustainability
- Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Building strong, trusting relationships with customers
- Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
- Designing local training courses and programmes
- Providing presales demonstrations to customers
- Creating supporting documentation for products
The requirements
- You'll have 2 years' post qualification radiography experience, as well as _
- Radiography degree, Assistant Practitioner qualification or equivalent
- Highly motivated, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident delivering presentations to both small and large groups
- Able to build strong relationships with clinical and nonclinical stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Flexible and willing to travel with regular overnight stays
- Full UK driving licence
- You can be located across the North, UK with access to good road networks. _
