Based in South Reading, this lovely countryside nursery are looking for an experienced Room Leader to oversee their very busy Baby room, offering a great salary c£30k depending on experience, with lots of benefits and onsite parking.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements
