- Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the seamless execution of your region's speaker meetings and independent meetings while upholding standards of quality and compliance.
- Additionally, you will coordinate Medical Education Associate programs in the region, contributing to the professional development of HCPs.
- You will actively work to alleviate the administrative burden on Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in the region and work with the head office team to manage the process for local HCP sponsorships within your region to national and international congresses.
