The Role:

As an SAP PaPM Consultant, you will be an assertive team member who will lead and drive tasks. You will also play a key role in managing stakeholders, take initiatives and work in a multi-vendor team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accountability for the solution design and implementation of IT architecture for SAP PaPM (Profit and Performance Management) business domain.
• Ensure the architectures and solution designs deliver the portfolio business objectives that create long term value.
• Have a holistic view across Business domains and IS functions focusing on driving efficiencies and value across the end-to-end IT service lifecycle.
• Design, influence, and adherence to architecture governance frameworks across the portfolio business domain and wider organization frameworks.
• Develop system designs that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements.
• Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution, and operations of solutions.
• Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teams.
• Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM.)
• Build long term relationships with senior stakeholders in the portfolio they operate and within the IT and third-party supplier community.

Your Profile:

Key skills/knowledge/experiences:

• Understand business process, ability to propose SAP PaPM solutions and define system build strategy.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PaPM for system design, build and testing.
• Experienced in SAP PaPM module implementation or operation and maintenance, familiar with module background configuration function.
• Ability to independently implement SAP PaPM module, proficient in standard business process, system operations.
• Experience and track record for leading SAP solution architecture designs that have led to long term value for the organization based on a strong understanding of business drivers & IT cost base.
• Experienced in S/4 HANA processes & the application estate.
• SAP experience as a Solution Architect/Senior Consultant in the SAP PaPM domain.
• Experience of taking a 'big picture' strategic view as well as being able to work at a detailed level across wider SAP application estate and approaches.
• Thought leadership drawing on a broad range of skills and experience; creating innovative insights, adapting methods and practices to fit team and cultural needs.
• Excellent team leadership skills, ideally with experience of working in global teams with matrix reporting and deliverables.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge in Fiori.
• Exposure in cross integration with other processes such as OTC, PTP is preferred.
