    Description

    Main Responsibilities:
    - To provide general administrative support across the organisation, our projects and services, working with other members of the team to ensure accurate and timely information
    - Office Management: Taking phone calls and messages, ordering stationery and other items as required, managing incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, filing, scanning, data inputting, booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments, emailing, some secretarial duties, health and safety checks
    - Project Support: Working with other team members to process data, keep accurate records, dealing with enquiries via phone and email. Researching, contacting beneficiaries and other organisations, collating information for monitoring and reporting purposes.
    - Finance: Supporting the day-to-day finance functions of the organisation, including processing petty cash and project income, invoicing, producing reports, banking, processing expense reports, updating financial records
    - Social Media & E-Marketing: To manage social media channels, including posting content, responding to messages, scheduling e-newsletters.
    - Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and other relevant data.
    - General Duties: To be aware of service targets and outcomes and assist in working towards their achievements; to understand and adhere to all organisational policies and procedures; to maintain personal and professional development at all times; to undertake appropriate training as required; to undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the
    general level of responsibility of this job.
