National Careers Service Advisor Salary:
£26-28k per annum, dependent on experience

Full Time (37.For over three decades, we have been dedicated to supporting individuals and employers across the UK.

As a Careers Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards making well informed, appropriate choices about their future education, training, and career paths.

Your focus will be on setting attainable goals and providing support to help clients navigate their journey towards fulfilling careers and educational opportunities.

Ensure that participants are advised of appropriate progression opportunities within the local area
Ensure relevant and accurate signposting of services to overcome specific barriers faced by participants
Discuss and examine in appropriate detail, local and more general employment and training opportunities that may be available including any funding options they may be entitled to
Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
Minimum of Level 4 qualification in Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG)
Experience delivering one-to-one careers advice including information advice and guidance
Ability to achieve performance targets
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
CPD - Broad range of internal training to enhance your knowledge and skills
