Nursery Practitioner at South West London Nurseries

Position: Permanent, Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year (or up to £18 per hour)
Start Date: Immediate

Edukai is collaborating with exceptional nurseries in South West London, currently seeking Nursery Room Leaders, Nursery Practitioners, and Apprentices. Ideal candidates will possess a robust background and/or a genuine interest in early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional learning opportunities and top-notch care
Serve as a key person for a group of children, maintaining accurate records of their progress and accomplishments
Support team members, enhance practices, and cater to the needs and interests of children and their learning experiences
Aid Room Leaders, Nursery Managers, and Deputy Nursery Managers in daily operations, particularly within assigned rooms
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to address children's individual needs
Ensure each child's requirements are met daily as their key worker
Offer parents professional feedback on their child's progress

Requirements:

Proficient in birth to 5 development and EYFS curriculum
Early Years Level 2/3 Qualification (preferred)
Fluent in spoken and written English
