    Job Description:

    The Front-end/Web Developer will be responsible for creating, conceptualizing, and executing custom and unique website solutions for branding efforts.

    This role involves managing website health, plug-in and site updates, UI/UX, eCommerce, and more. Professionals with proficiency in WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JS, CMS, domain management, and basic SEO are preferred. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, SQL, Bootstrap, and jQuery is a plus.
    This role is remote, contract-based with variable hours. The developer must work autonomously, proactively, and pay attention to detail.

    Responsibilities include creating, updating, and managing websites, eCommerce, recommending best practices, managing time efficiently, conducting basic SEO, researching industry trends, exploring new development techniques, and collaborating with the design and production team.


    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of web development experience
    • Proficiency in WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JS, CMS, domain management, and basic SEO
    • Experience in eCommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce
    • A positive, enthusiastic, gogetter attitude combined with excellent communication skills
    • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, InVision, and responsive designs
    • Comfortability working at a fast pace and exploring new technologies
