We are seeking a dynamic and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements, while fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business relationships and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within a 360 recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and track candidate progress.
