About The Role:


We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until December 2024.

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and administrative support for our CEO.

From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to handling confidential correspondence, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our CEO has everything she needs to lead our company effectively.


Responsibilities Include:

Schedule Management: Coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel, and events, while optimising time management for maximum efficiency.

Office Management: Ensuring timely organisation and actioning of tasks.

Support for Strategic Projects: Assist in strategic projects led by the CEO, including research and document preparation.

Decision Support: Provide essential information and insights to support the CEO's decision-making process.

Event Coordination: Source and arrange venues and catering for conferences and meetings.

Information Management: Anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings and presentations.

Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle all matters with discretion and maintain complete confidentiality.

  • What we are looking for someone with:

  • A Proactive Approach: Work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the CEO and providing support accordingly.

Attention to Detail: Handle complex schedules and multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.

Effective Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to keep the CEO well-informed.

Flexibility: Willingness to undertake additional duties and support other Directors as required.
