- Offer strategic financial advice to the supply chain management team, helping to develop costeffective supply chain strategies and optimise inventory levels.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and other financial targets. Provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks related to supply chain operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key financial liaison between supply chain, procurement, sales, and the finance department to ensure alignment of financial and operational objectives.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed costbenefit analyses on supply chain initiatives, including supplier contracts, logistics, and procurement strategies.
- Investment Appraisal: Evaluate financial viability of proposed capital investments in supply chain infrastructure or technology, presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a finance role with a strong focus on supply chain management, preferably in the alcohol wholesale or FMCG industries.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and financial management principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, particularly those related to supply chain and inventory management.

We deliver drinks to festivals and events across the UK.Glass Half Full Drinks Wholesale have a large portfolio of festivals and events to supply in 2024 from the UKs largest music festivals, premium events and fixed venues with crowds spanning from 10,000 to over 100,000 people every weekend.
We are now keen to speak with an experienced Finance Business Partner with demonstrable Drinks Wholesale experience and a strong financial acumen.

The Finance Business Partner will act as a critical bridge between the finance department and the supply chain management team within our alcohol wholesale business.
This role is pivotal in driving financial performance and providing strategic financial insights that aid in decision-making processes, particularly in optimising the supply chain to achieve cost efficiencies and enhance profitability.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities, focusing on supply chain operations. Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the supply chain.
