    Role:Senior SalesAdvisor
    Location:Kingston

    Salary:12per hour pluscommission andbonus
    Hours:1840 hours perweek

    TheRole:

    • Actively engagewith potential members to understand their fitness goals andshowcase the benefits of Anytime Fitnessmembership.
    • Conduct facility tours highlightingkey features and amenities.
    • Effectivelycommunicate membership options pricing andpromotions.
    CustomerRelationshipManagement:
    • Build andmaintain positive relationships with existing members addressinginquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Follow upwith leads and inquiries to convert prospects intomembers.
    • Provide exceptional customer serviceto enhance the overall memberexperience.

    EnrolmentProcess:

    • Guide newmembers through the enrolment process explaining membership termspayment options and access procedures.
    • Ensureaccuracy and completeness of membershippaperwork.
    • Collaborate with the sales team tomeet and exceed membershiptargets.

    Promotions andMarketing:

    • Stayinformed about current promotions discounts and marketingcampaigns.
    • Actively promote and upselladditional services classes or trainingsessions.

    MemberEngagement:

    • Organiseand participate in member engagement initiatives to foster a senseof community.
    • Collect and address memberfeedback to continuously improveservices.

    QualificationsRequired:

    • Salesand Customer ServiceExperience:
    • Previous experiencein sales customer service or a related field isadvantageous.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceedsales targets.
    • CommunicationSkills:
    • Excellent interpersonaland communication skills.
    • Ability to articulatethe value of Anytime Fitness membership to potential and existingmembers.
