    Senior Administrator

    An opportunity has come up for a Senior Administrator within the NHS Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Services, alongside other service management and staff to ensure that efficient administration support is provided, as well as line-managing a band 4 member of administration staff.

    To service various meetings, including at a senior management level
    To maintain and submit key performance data within strict timelines
    Monitoring and prompt flagging up of Data Quality issues and working with colleagues to find solutions to these

    To be considered for this role you will be dynamic, positive, possess strong organisational, planning and management skills and have the ability to effectively support and maintain seamless daily operation of the Service.

    Implementation and maintenance of high quality administrative systems and procedures is essential to this role.

    This role requires someone who is multi-skilled, with intermediate to advance Microsoft Office suite skill set (in particular Excel and Power Point).

    The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.

    The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.

    Proven interest in continuing professional development
    Formal computing/Business Administration Qualification or equivalent experience.

    Intermediate MS Office skills, to include Excel, word Outlook and PowerPoint.
    Accurate entry/retrieval of information on database systems
    Ability to respond in a flexible manner to competing demands of service, teams and individuals
    Experience in the use of clinical databases to enter/retrieve information
    An understanding of the Trusts Equal Opportunity Policy

    Knowledge and understanding of medical and health terminology
