Description


As a Sales Team Leader you will will support, develop your team of 12 agents making sure they are having great conversations with potential customers for the purpose of generating new business sales.


You will report to the sales manager providing updates on how the business is performing and ensuring achieve business targets, quality objectives and service standards.


Profile
Previous Team Leader experience within a sales environment or have worked within a Contact Centre withiin a similar role

Coached, trained and developed

Passionate about the sector and progressing the team

Proven track record of developing a sales team
