Description
This role will form part of our new services into sector team which supports the growth of our transactional and dispute practices across our core sectors.
You will work closely with our Senior BD Manager and BD Manager to develop initiatives which enhanceour services profile as well as identify opportunities for cross-sector and cross-office collaboration.

The client is an international law firm advising on complex disputes and transactions through local knowledge and an integrated international network.
The team comprises over 45 business development, marketing and communications professionals based across the jurisdictions where we have an office.
As our route to market is through our global sectors and our clients are international, team members regularlycollaborate to deliver cross-border campaigns and global projects.
It is a close-knit and very supportive team with an excellent reputation across the firm.Description
The key responsibilities within the role are:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of campaigns to grow new and existing business across our core services.
- Supporting on the business development and marketing elements of events and conferences.
- Preparing marketing collateral and supporting documentation including research, pitch documentation and credentials statements ahead of client/prospect meetings.
- Drafting relevant directory submissions.
- Championing the use of digital platforms and social media to raise the profile of our services, lawyers, key initiatives and the firm.
- Capturing and reviewing deal and pitch content ensuring information is available on all global databases.
- Playing an active role in mentoring and developing the skills of our team's BD Assistants.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years' solid business development experience, preferably within a law firm or other professional services environment.
- A selfstarter, someone who is hard working and ambitious with an interest in the Energy and Transport sectors.
- The ability to work effectively with and influence partners and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills; able to write accurate, concise and persuasive text.
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects running in parallel with tight deadlines.
- A team player who is confident sharing information across a broader team.
