Description

The West of England is the lead Health Innovation Network for the network wide Polypharmacy Programme, which aims to support local systems and primary care to identify patients at potential risk of harm from medications and support better conversations about medicines by promoting shared decision making.


We have an exceptional opportunity for a pro-active and highly organised individual to join us in the role of Polypharmacy Programme Assistant.


This is a unique opportunity to work on a network wide programme, providing programme management support and high-level administration to the programme.

The role is varied, busy and important as you will proactively and positively contribute to the successful overall performance of Polypharmacy Programme across England, including demonstrating excellent levels of customer service to all partners and stakeholders across the Health Innovation Network including external agencies and patient and public representatives.


You will lead on day to day tasks and specific identified projects including programme management, resource development, data manipulation and reporting, meeting administration, communications and marketing and supporting programme evaluation.


This is an agile working opportunity in the centre of Bristol which includes the options of remote/office based /flexible working.
