HR Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong HR and Organisational Design background? Are you looking to join a diverse and knowledgeable team at an exciting time of transformation?

HR Project Manager to join our team

HR Project Manager you will lead crucial projects that will transform the HR function and drive our 'customer first' strategy.


What we're looking for:


Essential criteria

  • Proven experience of working as Project Manager in a HR capacity
  • Strong understanding of Organisational Design
  • Experience using Project Management methodologies
  • Problem solving, using data and insight
  • Excellent communication and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

Key responsibilities

  • Help define project scope, goals and outputs to support the delivery of HR initiatives and improve the colleague experience
  • Implement project management governance framework and processes to ensure control and timely delivery of initiatives
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies within the projects
  • Ensure all change aspects have been considered and are in the project plans including colleague and culture change
  • Project planning and monitoring, and reporting on project progress
  • Ensure successful implementation and handover to business as usual, where applicable
  • Proactively lead on continuous improvement activities, focussing on lessons learnt and customer insight
