We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager/PMO with a HR background that has a great understanding of transformation/change programmes.

Location - Flexible (some travel when required for face-to-face meetings)
Term - 3 months initially (may extend)
Start date - ASAP
Outside IR35
Responsibilities:
Experience of transformation programmes with a focus on organisational design.
Working with the People Director, the PM/PMO Manager will help scope and implement a group wide OD change programme. Key Stakeholders will be the People Directors and the CPO.
In line with an agreed model, the PM will create the plan for delivery, assessresource requirements, set, and track milestones and assist with the implantation plan.
Reviewing multiple different HR systems so being able to analyse key data, produce reports and dashboards.Is a delivery role for organisation change, As-Is and To-Be, working on an integration project resulting in modelling, building scenarios, analysingcosts and people models.
The team also consists of HR Specialists - planning, delivery and execution of people changes across the business.Providing advice and guidance to business leaders on the execution of the new people models that have been set by the leadership teams.
Theymay be involved in consultation meetings with employees and will be required to provide advice on best practice and guidelines.
Required skills:
- Delivering people change in a fastpaced environment, in a large complex organisation
- HR background
- Project Management/PMO level e.g. planning, data management, coordinating, setting milestones, checking governance, working across all business units
- MS Project
- MS Excel
- OrgView or similar tool
- Ability to communicate effectively and have the credibility and gravitas to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Selfdriven, action oriented and resilient
- Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and groups.
- Strong decisionmaking capability, comfortable with autonomy
- Ability to demonstrate commercial thinking
- Solution focused and customer centric mindset
- A collaborative working style and someone who can manage multiple priorities
