    Join Our Team as an Office Administrator at an Innovative Energy Consultancy!

    This dynamic African-focused energy consultancy company is looking for an Office Administrator with a solid work ethic to become a Team Assistant at their bustling City-based business, occasionally providing PA support to Directors.

    We are seeking someone with excellent time management, outstanding communication, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

    As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in office management activities, identifying opportunities for enhancements and streamlining processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding junior staff/interns when necessary.

    The preferred candidate will have a university degree and relevant work experience, along with strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

    While not mandatory, proficiency in French would be an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee purchasing and administrative budget
    • Enhance operational efficiency within the business & department
    • Ensure effective management of Service Help Desk tasks
    • Manage meeting rooms and supplies
    • Provide meeting refreshments
    • Monitor office facilities and stock levels
    • Implement department policies and travel guidelines
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and visas
    • Manage office supplies inventory
    • Handle travel and expense reporting
    • Offer general administrative support to the team
    • Assist with reception duties as needed
    • Maintain relationships with administrative suppliers
    • Collaborate with HSE for regulatory compliance
    • Allocate work passes and identity cards
    • Arrange venues for events
    • Coordinate logistics for guests and staff at various events

    Compensation Package:

    Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year + discretionary bonus, pension, medical/dental coverage, life insurance

    Location: Office-Based

    Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
