This dynamic African-focused energy consultancy company is looking for an Office Administrator with a solid work ethic to become a Team Assistant at their bustling City-based business, occasionally providing PA support to Directors.
We are seeking someone with excellent time management, outstanding communication, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in office management activities, identifying opportunities for enhancements and streamlining processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding junior staff/interns when necessary.
The preferred candidate will have a university degree and relevant work experience, along with strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
While not mandatory, proficiency in French would be an advantage.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year + discretionary bonus, pension, medical/dental coverage, life insurance
