- 8 years+ coding experience, 4+ years need to be in Python Python.
- 2+ years managing a tech team.
- Worked on data-intensive products which are heavy on either volume or scale.
- Worked on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Start-up experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working on AI-based products.
- Distributed computing experience (Spark, MPI, etc)
- Experience orchestrating workflows, particularly within distributed system environments.
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and practices, especially in implementing them within production settings.

Lead Engineer / Technical Lead
£100-120k
Scale-up SaaS AI ML organisation in London is looking for a Lead Engineer to support the next phase of growth.
Hybrid working, you will be commutable to central London.
As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a core tech team. You will lead the re-platforming of the core data and AI platform powering our SaaS product. This is a Full Stack role, you'll spearhead backend and data engineering and mentor team members.
Tech stack: Athena; Python, Flask, Redis, Postgres, React, Plotly, Docker, SQL, Athena & EMR Spark, ECS and Temporal.
This is a 50/50 split between tech and leadership.
