    Due to significant growth in the aerospace sector we are now recruiting a Business Improvement Program Manager who will lead a comprehensive improvement program to enhance operational efficiencies in order to meet business targets.

    The role presents an exciting opportunity to drive transformative change within the business whilst also equipping the candidate with valuable experience for future leadership roles within the group.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead an integrated improvement program for current and new projects across the factoryWork closely with Managers and Stakeholders to ensure improvements in labour efficiency, product quality and working capitalManage all activities within the improvement program and co-ordinate activities of a small teamDeployment of lean tools and techniques across the business and facilitate workshops to engage employees at all levelsEstablish and monitor KPI's to track progress and drive accountabilityProduce project data and reportsOversee, transform and present findings and strategies to exec teamQualifications and Experience:Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant engineering disciplineBackground in engineering or manufacturing, with early career experience in component manufacturingProven track record of hands-on leadership and delivering tangible resultsKnowledge of lean tools and techniques; 5S, 8D, Single Piece flowHands on approach to problem solving and delivering resultsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh level of administrative skillsConfident producing and presenting reports and strategy to exec teamBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.
