Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare drinks on the Light Café menu to a high and professional standard and/or take on other café roles as required on any given day.
  • Ensure people are welcomed in a friendly manner, in line with the Christian values of hospitality and respect.
  • To cash up, open and close the Light Café on days of operation.
  • Maintenance and cleaning of all Light Café machinery and tools.
  • Liaise weekly with the Community Manager for stock levels.
  • Experience in a coffee shop or other relevant hospitality environment.
  • The ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks during the day.
  • Intuition and ability to complete all tasks required.
