Role Title:
Senior HR Generalist (Standalone Role)


Location:
Belfast (No Hybrid)


WH: - 5:30pm (Monday-Friday)


Salary:
Negotiable DOE (35-40k)


Package:

All expenses paid worldwide travel in 5* hotels (gym, swimming pool, fully catered etc), standard holiday allowance, pension scheme.


VANRATH are partnering up with our valued client on the hunt for a HR Generalist to perform in a stand-alone generalist HR role.


What You Will Do


As well as managing day to day HR operations, you will also act as a strategic partner in the senior management team.

You will be covering all areas of HR including; Strategy, Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Administration, Legal Compliance & implementing Employee Engagement policies & procedures.


About You


They are looking for a bubbly, engaging, energetic HR professional who can come in & create a good office environment, implement new HR policies/procedures & introduce new employee engagement ideas.

You must have the following experience to apply;

  • CIPD qualification
  • HR generalist experience (3+ years)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
