My client is a dynamic and innovative heavymachinery manufacturing company based in the Dungannon area who areexceptionally good to work for. They are currently seeking to recruit an OperationsManager to lead a small but expanding team. Salary is £50,000 - £60,000depending on experience plus healthcare and a pension.

Role – OperationsManager

· Develop and implement strategies to improveoverall operational efficiency and productivity.

· Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team ofproduction supervisors, technicians, and support staff.

· Manage and allocate resources, includingpersonnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands efficiently.

· Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability,and continuous improvement.

· Analyse current manufacturing processes andidentify opportunities for optimization, automation and cost reduction.

· Implement best practices to streamlineproduction workflows and minimize waste.

· Implementation and management of IT systems thatsupport operations.

· Ensure that all products meet or exceed qualitystandards by implementing rigorous quality control measures.

· Recent experience working as a ProductionManager/Operations Manager in a heavy engineering manufacturing environment
