Spinwell is recruiting for a E-Disclosure Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE E-DISCLOSURE OFFICER
- Responsible for ensuring all relevant data is ready for disclosure, working closely with the specialist engineers and the suppliers to enable this vital piece of work;
- Developing and maintaining a close relationship with department and the Inquiry, ensuring the disclosure of all requested documentation is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the Inquiry's deadlines, and any issues are escalated to the senior leadership team, with recommendations for action, as required;
- Working closely with departments to ensure that legal teams are kept in the loop regarding all disclosure and any related issues.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE E-DISCLOSURE OFFICER
- A positive approach to collaborative working, working closely with others to get the best out of both internal and external teams where input supports agreed objectives.
- A clear communication style, ensuring that there is complete clarity around shared objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish networks and reciprocal working relationships across the department.
- Inquisitive, curious and keen to learn and share your knowledge and experience with others.
- Excellent organisational skills, including an ability to balance time management across competing priorities.
- A track record of providing advice and succinctly interpreting and communicating theories and methods to wider audiences.
- Ability to build and foster close relationships with stakeholders, establishing links across business areas.
- Clear communication skills and written work, able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences.
- A strong customer focus and ability to work closely with others
- Experience and training on the use of Relativity (ediscovery platform)
- Experience with inquiry work or working for an inquiry.
- Experience with handling sensitive and secret information.
