    Overview:
    We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Premises Manager to join our team in Croydon.

    The Premises Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our premises, focusing on security, health, safety, and general upkeep.

    This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance or security issues
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and protocols
    • Collaborate with external contractors for cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
    • Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment, maintaining adequate levels
    • Swiftly respond to emergencies or incidents on the premises
    • Aid in setting up and clearing spaces for events or meetings
    • Keep precise records and documentation related to premises management

    Qualifications:

    • Previous background in premises management or a related field is advantageous
    • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
    • Strong knack for problem-solving and attention to detail
