Due to continued growth, our client, a long-established family-owned Used Car & Service Centre in Evesham have the requirement for a Service Manager / Workshop Manager to join their established team.
Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Workshop Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop team
- Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
- Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
- Dealing with customers face to face and by telephone
- Carry out occasional MOT's (if qualified)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
This role would suit a "hands on" Service Manager, or an aspiring Workshop Manager/Workshop Controller who is looking to take their next step in management.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' Service Manager / Workshop Manager experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- MOT Licence
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Salary of £35,000 £40,000 DOE
- No Saturdays
- Family-Owned Business
Working Hours:
- Monday
- Friday 8.15am 5.15pm
