Senior Asset Manager

Location:
Central London


Salary:
£50k to £70k


Job Type:
Hybrid, Permanent


Toner Graham are pleased to announce a new position within a highly impactful and successful company specialising in Sustainable Energy Investment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Suppliers, Contractors and Service Providers ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Maximise total return of each asset via the analysis of system efficiencies
  • Identify possible insurance and warranty claims and manage them to completion
  • Collect data from multiple sources to develop accurate and up to date data regarding the performance of each asset against approved budgets
  • Prepare technical reports for Management, Clients, Lenders and the Board of Directors
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, Project Contracts, Regulation and Policy
  • Undertake site visits and audits, identifying technical issues and operational risks related to HSE, Performance and Planning
  • Assist the Technical Director with the negotiation of new contracts (O&M and EPC)
  • Any Additional Responsibilities

Requirements:


  • A keen interest in sustainability and renewable energy
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • 3+ years in the renewable energy sector
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in Construction (Beneficial)
