    Based in London or Berlin (Flexible Working/ Hybrid)

    London: £30,000 - £45,000
    Berlin: €45,000 - €55,000

    The Department

    Our Marketing team is the promotional and educational engine of our business, we work closely across teams within Arcual - from Blockchain, Engineering, Product and P&C - to refine and develop the Arcual brand to develop and implement well thought out campaigns with a view to educate and mature a highly fastidious art ecosystem.

    What You Will Do

    Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll craft compelling digital experiences, driving brand engagement via social media and email marketing. Collaborating with our Senior Communications and Education Manager, Graphic Designer, and the Business Development team, you'll lead social media campaigns, oversee lead acquisition and funneling, and maintain our website. Your role is vital in nurturing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and optimizing digital marketing efforts across platforms.     Social Media:

    • Oversee and manage social media accounts, developing strategies to increase followership, engagement, and brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with Senior Education & Comms Manager to plan all content strands in the content calendar.
    • Collaborate with Graphic Designer to craft social media templates that are in line with our brand (when needed).
    • Work together with Senior Education & Comms Manager to develop copy for Social Media posts and use our tools to schedule posts across social media platforms.
    • Basic community management across social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the product team to plan and orchestrate paid media campaigns focused on customer acquisition, build on Meta. (Understanding of Pixel and Event Management)
    • Social Media Reporting: pull data from channels and use it for overall social media strategy.
    Email Marketing:
    • Orchestrate, design, and deploy effective email marketing campaigns (including our monthly newsletter) that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
    • Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics to improve targeting and personalization.
    Website Management:
    • Collaborate with the Design Team and Senior Education & Comms Manager to oversee and optimize the company's website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and alignment with marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with the Design Team to enhance website functionality, and improve conversion rates.
    • Regularly update website content and ensure consistency with overall brand messaging.
    Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of organic social media posts, newsletters or paid campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
    Digital Marketing Lead Acquisition & Funnelling:
    • Strategic Campaigns: Develop data-driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email to acquire high-quality leads. Use analytics for ROI optimisation.
    • Nurturing Automation: Implement automation and personalised content to guide leads through email sequences, retargeting, and website experiences. Continuously optimise workflows.
    Budget Management:
    • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a positive return on investment and customer acquisition cost.

    What We Look For

    • Strong social media management skills
    • Proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (Meta Suite Management for Paid Media)
    • Experience in community management and brand marketing, preferably in a tech startup environment.
    • Knowledge of self-service advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads).
    • Familiarity with TV, radio, digital, print, and paid social advertising.
    • Project management skills for overseeing media campaigns (Experience with brand positioning and scaling
    • Project management experience

    The Stack:
    • Use of social media tools for management (we use Later).
    • Knowledge of Hubspot
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
    • Basic Website Management (we use Webflow)
    • Basic Figma knowledge.

    1. The first step is a screening call with our Senior Talent Manager
    2. The next step would be a functional interview with our Senior Communications and Education Manager
    3. The final interview and presentation will be with our Head of Business Development and a representative from the Product Design team.
