    Description

    The Position: We are looking to recruit a part-time (15 hours) Childcare Lecturer to deliver on our T Level in Education and Childcare and our HND Early Childhood Education and Care.


    Are you an experienced childcare practitioner with a relevant level 6 qualification? If you would like a new challenge this could be the role for you. Ideally you will have some teaching experience with delivering childcare qualifications at level 4 and above to young people and adults. However, we can provide further training and coaching within our established and experienced team.

    You would be working within a lively and forward-thinking directorate who will work together to support you on your journey.

    What skills are we looking for:

    • A multitasker - you must be able to work on a variety of tasks in a flexible manner.
    • A creative thinker - you will have the freedom to bring innovations and new ideas to the directorate.
    • A completer - you will take responsibility for a course and group of learners to ensure a timely completion of their qualification.

    Responsibilities for the role:

    • To plan, deliver and assess learners' knowledge and understanding.
    • To provide academic support to a group of learners to ensure success in their learning.
    • Create outstanding content to support the learner journey.

    The Location: You will work mainly at our Nuneaton campus. There is some opportunity to work from home to complete planning and assessment.
